Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounting, including payment, bank reconciliation, voucher and accounting schedule preparation;
• Provide thorough support in Accounting area to CM+ Hotels and Serviced Apartments
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing and schedule;
• Responsible for monthly and annual financial and management reports, annual budget, forecast and other ad hoc analysis;
• Liaise with auditors for statutory audits;
• Monitor daily funding requirement and perform treasury operations, including deposit placement and bank loan arrangement;
• Handle general accounting duties;
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting / finance or related discipline or above;
• LCCI Higher or above;
• Minimum 2 years full set of accounting experience with at least 1 years experience at supervisor level is preferable;
• Sensitive to figures and with strong analytical skills;
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and accounting software.  Experience in Kingdee is an advantage;
• Experience in Property Management and/or Hotel and Serviced Apartment Industry is highly preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
• Self-motivated and eager to learn;
• Independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Immediately available is an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Deputy Manager.
