Responsibilities:

• Manage the different aspects of IT Infrastructure projects including scheduling, stakeholders updates, financials, coordination with different parties to ensure project delivery;
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives;
• Be involved in the evaluation and innovation of fit-to-purpose end-to-end solutions to best support the firm’s business and infrastructure requirements;
• Ensure that the needs of clients are met as projects evolve;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures and guides; and
• Identify and resolve operational barriers to minimize delays and inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure projects and faciliate multiple teams to achieve a common objective
• Extensive experience in translating and fulfilling regulatory requirements from governing bodies such as MAS, HKMA, HKAB
• Possess a critical eye to look at situations/solutions objectively and open-minded
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge on ITIL process and IT security / Risk Management is a definite advantage
• Be highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Ability to influence others (all levels) to adopt a new perspective
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and equally capable of working alone
• Bachelor degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
