Investment (Real Estate) Analyst 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be overall responsible for analyzing / reviewing and pursuing all available real estate transactions that fit into the firms investment criteria globally.
• Have a good understanding of global economic forecasts by region and keep updated on available research / data through various channels
• Compile regular Marco & Micro reports for management use and/or be readily available for any ad-hoc management meetings and discussions on particular projects or investment opportunities
• Maintain a strong network of brokers and agents to ensure being in touch with the latest news in the market.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, cash flow modeling, valuation and due diligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, accounting, finance or related disciplines
• CPA and/or CFA qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years' related working experience
• Strong knowledge in real estate investment market and financial modeling
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong analytical skills and a highly motivated team player
• Posses a strong interest in global news, economics and real estate related issues
• Able to travel based internationally as and when required
