Job Description

• Supervise daily operations & regulated activities with SFC in compliance with HKSFC regulations
• Create and present investment summaries to the Investment Committee for approval
• Communicate and coordinate with partners deliver related expectations all through the underwriting process under the direction of the Board of Directors, applying proactive and positive attitude that will ensure repeat origination opportunities
• In charge of asset management business daily operations, including fund management activities.
• Draft and prepare the pitch book of company, also funds related marketing material.

Who we are looking for

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• 3-5 years working experience in asset management.
• Holder of SFC RO Type 4&9 (Conditional or potential applicant will be considered preferentially.)
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
• Team player, cheerful personality to get along; has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, has an excellent work ethic and integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
