Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior managers to provide professional advice for clients on asset management, wealth management, securities and futures, financial planning, and asset protection
• Assist senior managers in presenting investment portfolio and market outlook to clients
• Work as a team to organize business development events, such as, client seminars, marketing events and road shows
• Develop your own client servicing skills, and make use of your professional knowledge to maintain a good relationship with clients
• Develop your interpersonal skills and management skills to be a part of the management team in the later stage of your career

Supports

Training program support

Different levels of training programs will be offered in different stages of a trainee. For instance, fundamental product and financial knowledge, and interpersonal skills training will be offered in the early stage of your career. Advanced training programs, such as, team building and team management training, will be offered in the later stage of the career

Mentor support

Senior managers will act as a personal mentor, providing coaching and guidance to help the Management Associate team to maximize their career potential

Buddy support

Management Associate Trainees will be paired up with a colleague who had experiences on similar development programs before, and they will share experiences, offer guidance and help new trainees adapt to the new working environment.

Requirements

• University degree holders or above 
  
• Good communication and people management skills
• Excellent self-motivation and drive to grow and win business
• Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must; fluent in Mandarin will be a plus
