Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Vendor management, Scanning service and Data Capture Service delivery with satisfactory qualification.
  • Lead a team to manage ongoing Outsourcing Vendor relationship through monitoring of business levels, operational performance, service reviews and benchmarking exercises
  • Review, analyze and evaluate Outsourcing Vendors to identify areas to maximize efficiencies, enhance benefits or optimize costs
  • Monitor operational workflows, identify potential risks, perform audit analysis and rectify any performance issue
  • Act as liaison among department end-users, IT Application Teams and Outsourcing Vendor
  • Resolve operation issues and identify areas for improvement to enhance intercompany service quality
  • Perform the BCP work plan and BCP drill tests
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management Information System, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in life insurance industry, with at least 5 years in management / supervisory level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performing project management preferably with knowledge of insurance products and data analysis
  • Professional qualification in Life Insurance such as Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) highly preferred.
  • Experience in vendor or contract management functions is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of application software including Brio Query, MS Excel, MS VBA, MS WORD and MS Powerpoint
