Job Description
Head of Business Risk Control - Private Bank / PWM

Our client is an international leading Private Bank.
about the job
- Advise and guide the Private Banking Front Office and support functions with respect to investment trade suitability queries and with internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with front office and support functions to ensure that robust controls are in place and are well deployed while balancing client experience
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance department and keep abreast of any legal & regulatory changes
- Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders for audit and assurance related matters
skills & experiences required
- University degree
- At least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in business or operational risk, control, or compliance in a Private Bank or PWM
- Good knolwedge of Investment Products, Suitability or Sales assurance
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese languages with strong influencing skills
