Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC, AML, CRS & FATCA formalities for investor on board
• Support fund houses for AEOI - CRS & FATCA with investor record maintenance, client due diligence and tax reporting
• Lead a team to monitor daily transactions for AML, ATF & PEP suspicious case finding, investigation and follow up for unit trust fund and share awards trust business
• Communicate with Fund Managers or Distributions to handle tasks esp. on investor on board and AML
• Co-ordinance and arrange for daily KYC document filing, outsourced image and storage
• Work with IT Department to enhance the administration system and arrange for UAT
• Assist teammates to handle client inquiry or complaints
• Coach teammates to complete daily duties with proper disciplines
• Assist the Deputy Team Head to perform any team development tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Banking or Business related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience expertise in KYC & AML gained in financial institutions
• AML Practice Qualification is preferred
• Knowledge in SFC Ordinance & AML Guidelines, UT Codes / FATCA and CRS Rules
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Supervisor, Unit Trust

Working Hours:

• Work on roster basis, Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm / 11 am to 8 pm
