Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining an investor relations platform which serves the senior management in effectively communicating with investors and equity analysts;
• Formulate and execute investor events including investor meetings, conferences, sites visiting and road shows;
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters;
• Act as an external communications gateway and ensure consistency in all external communications materials;
• Maintain an effective communication platform with the investment community by handling enquiries in a timely manner;
• Monitor and analyze the investment community’s view on the Company;
• Update and maintain the Company websites;
• Assist the company secretary to prepare announcements or other reporting documents;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferable in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines with excellent knowledge in finance and stock market;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in investor relations department, preferably in listed companies;
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, and also strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint;
• Proactive, presentable and highly analytical.
