Job Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the senior team members, take a key role to provide a wide range of private equity investment and asset management exercises;
• Involve in deal execution including documentation, coordination, and negotiation with internal and external working parties and regulatory bodies;
• Assist senior team members in assessing potential deals, developing new businesses and maintaining client relationships;
• Supervising job execution by the junior team members;
• Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in BBA or related discipline;
• Qualified to be registered as licensed representative in RA 4 & RA 9 under SFC;
• At least 3-5 years of related working experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player;
• Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and good problem solving skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
