Our client is a bank, currently looking for suitable candidates to fit their position of Relationship Manager Assistant in banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administration included account opening documentation processing

• Coordinate and work closely with relationship manager provide support to daily work

• Handle customer enquiries and complaint via hotline with professional manner

• Identify customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review

• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

• At least 1 year experience in customer services of banking industry

• Candidate with IIQEp.1 ,2, 3 an advantage

• Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
