IPO Sponsor Principal, Corporate Finance – Investment Banking 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute financial advisory transactions of listed companies (including merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, takeover, asset injection and disposal);
• Manage fund-raising projects (including IPO, placement of securities, and convertible bonds and right issue.)

Requirements:

• Must attain SFC Responsible Officer license for carrying out Type 6 regulated activities and be/used to be approved by SFC to be a principal of a sponsor firm;
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in corporate finance from investment banks in Hong Kong;
• Have participated as a leading role in at least 2 IPOs on the Main Board and/or the GEM Board in Hong Kong
• Effectively lead, delegate, develop and motivate a team;
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
