Responsibilities:

• Provide quality one-stop retails banking services to high-net-worth customers
• Promote bank products including investment, insurance to customers for exploring new business opportunities
• Handle enquiries and provide professional advises to customers as well as understanding their financial needs
• Build long-term relationships with potential customers for sustainable business growth
• Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in retail banking industry, with solid exposures in mortgage, insurance and investment product
• Good knowledge on AML, KYC and related banking ordinance
• Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must and ECF (RWM)/CB is preferred
• Good team player, result orientated with strong customer service sense
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred

(Candidate will less experience may be considered as Personal Banking Manager.)
