Our client is international bank, currently looking for suitable candidates to fit their position of Branch Trainee/ Counter Services Officer in retail banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers’ enquiries with high quality service to client
• Handle counter transaction such as cash, check, FX and referrals
• Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• University degree or above, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Fresh grad will also consider
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
