We are a securities/asset management firm under Green International Holdings Limited (2700.hk) with a focus on serving worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. We are currently seeking high caliber professional to join our securities/asset management team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the long term strategy through research and due diligence analysis
• Set up and run public and private funds
• Handle daily management work for portfolio including performance and rebalancing maintenance
• Work with sales team and research team to identify new product opportunities, portfolio constructions and risk management
• Participate in internal and external communications regarding fund and portfolio management
• Enhance and develop portfolio management platform and monitor risk exposures
• Able to manage a full life-cycle of investments including signal research, portfolio construction, trading and attribution
• Prepare and review on performance report to various stakeholders including shareholders, clients and auditors and ensure regular reporting
• Oversee fund and portfolio management in compliance with company policies, regulatory rules and regulations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Economics, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ fund and portfolio management experience
• Current SFC RO licensee in Type 1, 4, 9 Activities, HKMA EO preferred
• Proven experience in sales and client management functions
• Good financial market knowledge and well versed securities and asset management compliance issues
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skill a preference
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
