Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all of the sales teams;
• Formulate and track team KPI;
• Prepare action plans and promotional ideas monthly;
• Liaise with sales agencies and monitor their performance;
• Cooperate with judgment team;
• Prepare reports to directors weekly and hold monthly meetings for the team;
• Establish new guidelines and workflow for the team to ensure the most appropriate working environment;
• Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals;
• Develop people

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business will be an advantage;
• Solid management/leadership experience;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Basic level on Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal skill;
• Strong teamwork spirit;
• Great analytical and presentation skill
