Our client is a large banking under Securities Business To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team
Senior Clerk, Credit Card Authorization (Overnight Shift)
Responsibilities
- Monitor online authorization and perform transaction confirmation
- Handle lost/stolen card reporting and support hotline services
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- Preferably 1 year's experience in credit card operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take up overnight shift duties
