Job Description:

• Responsible for securing Blockchain customers by understanding both customer business models and the company service offering
• Understand the business development process and able to prepare and collate business content to persuade potential VCs/B2B customers
• Performing research for use within business and potential project feasibility
• Working with prospects, clients, and potential partners to understand proposed blockchain technology solutions; participate in or lead technical meetings and presentations
• Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including: VCs, directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources and personal networking
• Prospecting of potential business and developing relationships with C-level decision-makers
• Recognizing and expanding upon changing seasonal/market conditions
• Securing initial client visits with all qualified prospects
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on the delivery of localized marketing activities
• Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge

Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics or other disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience within a business financing environment
• Possess excellent skills in community, financing and business negotiation
• Prefer to have financing resources
• Basic foundation knowledge of Blockchain technology
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining schedules and adhering to budgets
• Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Possess good presentation skills
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
