Venue: Unit 2501, L25, Tower Two, Enterprise Square Five (Megabox), 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon (Map)

Responsibilities:

• Handle counter financial transactions and balance daily transactions
• Responsible for account opening and handling customers inquiries and complaints
• Build new business opportunity through cross-selling various bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff

Requirements for Counter Service Officer:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Retail Banking
• Proactive, customer-oriented with pleasant disposition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in counter service operation and account opening documentation requirement
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage

Requirements for Counter Service Officer Trainee:

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma holder or above with preferably 1 year of customer services experience 
• Customer-oriented with communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
