Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible for product development and enhancement of secured loans products, i.e. Mortgage, Secured Overdraft
- Work with various internal and external counterparts on new product launch, marketing campaigns and system enhancements
- Conduct analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors to formulate product and portfolio strategies
- Launch marketing campaigns to promote secured loans products and monitor the progress of business plans
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Accounting & Finance discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' banking experience, with exposure to lending business or product development is an advantage
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
