Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential risks in sourcing related aspects, incl. but not limited to policy, credit, OHS, compliance, etc.
• Collaborate with and support other service lines of the department such as financial due diligence, valuation, litigation support in terms of report writing needs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage project deliverables from requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management
• Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations. 
• Review and adjust project schedules and budget estimates based on established priorities and available resources

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics or business-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years work experience from Banking or Financial Institutes or project management experience
• Strong business requirement analysis skills, with the ability to identify, review and prioritize business requirements across multiple user groups
• Good understandings in stock market, knowledge on financial sector is preferable
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive different contributors and stakeholders, with ability to reach consensus with all stakeholders when necessary
• Capability to identify project risks and mitigation actions to deliver projects on schedule
• Ability to understand the big picture view of the scope of assigned projects
