Responsibilities

Act as head of Merger & Acquisition department;

Appraise and review the new business, divestment and business restructuring proposals from the external parties and or business units; 

Work closely with internal and external parties for due diligence, financial modelling and legal negotiation; 

Prepare investment evaluation reports for the Investment Committee; 

Assist in the preparation of public announcement/presentations; 

Conduct comprehensive market research to benchmark and evaluate commercial real estate investment opportunities; 

Identify and source the most appropriate funding options for each investment opportunity; 

Requirements 

Bachelor degree or above; CPA, CFA or relevant investment professional qualification is essential. 

VP position requires 5-8 years or above mainland China's commercial real estate, M&A or private equity investment experience, preferably in real estate. Candidates with less experience will be considered for AVP / Associate role; 

Well connected in the commercial real estate market in China for proactive deal sourcing; 

Strong in financial modelling and powerpoint skills; 

Strong English & Chinese report writing skills; 

Strong written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese; 

Experience in working in Mainland Chinese entities in Hong Kong will be a plus; 

Travelling may be required.
