Job Description

Our client is a large Chinese PE Fund . The company own large scale mixed use projects in China. It invests its balance sheet funds and other funds under management in the US, UK and Hong Kong. The company currently focus it effort in five gateway cities: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Structuring
Financial Modelling and report writing
Investment Portfolio Management
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Business Administration/Real Estate/Finance or related discipline
3 years’ experience in Investment Bank/PE Funds/Developer
Candidate with CFA/HKIS/MRICS Qualification is preferred
Solid financial modelling skill is a must
