We are expending, to a new place, in Central and we are looking for the right person.

Salary depends on experience and qualifications 

Job duties:

• Patient registration
• Appointment booking
• Invoicing and billing
• Customer service, answer queries
• General clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping, updating files
• Monitor the usage of the consultation rooms
• Provide high quality customer service to clients, ensure customer satisfaction and good client relation. 
• Perform front desk customer service duties including greeting and looking after customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling billings, collecting payments, and answering enquiries
• Coordinate with practitioners and staff members to ensure good customer experience.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

• F.5 or above, One-year customer service experience would be an advantage

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

• Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
