Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver professional strength & mobility training and programs to clients
• Identify and develop new personal training opportunities
• Prepare and conduct assessments and provide professional health and nutrition advice to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science/Management
• Internationally recognized personal training certifications
• 1-2 years of working experience as strength & mobility training
• First Aid certifications
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
• Operational knowledge of all fitness equipment
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and potential injuries
• Ability to handle emergencies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly, courteous, and a good team player
• Knowledge in nutrition will be an advantage
