We are advertising for 4 positions:

1. General Manager 

2. Office Manager

3. Digital Marketing & eCommerce Associate

4. Retail Sales Associate (part-time)

1. GENERAL MANAGER

The role:

- The position of General Manager is a key role which will manage all aspects of our business: Retail, Wholesale and most importantly our eCommerce and Digital Media operations.

- Primary responsibility for staff development inclusive of hiring, motivating, developing, evaluating and assigning projects and workload to staff.

- Supervise, develop and manage projects, industry collaborations, promotional activity, logistics, our cross border expansion and numerous other exciting projects too numerous to mention.

- Have an input in the key business decisions, help to meet our (ambitious) shareholder goals and help to realise our aspirations to be a world-class eCommerce destination for health & wellness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and entrepreneurial mind-set

- Previous business and/or entrepreneurial experience, preferably in a leadership role

- Have the ability to work on multiple tasks and an interest in developing your skills in eCommerce

- An interest in nutrition and wellness is essential

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills highly preferable

This is a key role which will play a part in operations, staffing and all areas of the business.

Salary: $HK30-40,000. Profit share may also be awarded to the right candidate.

2.  OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities of our Office Manager include:

- Keeping our booking-keeping organised and being able to use our accounting software to make sure our transactions are properly recorded.

- Being knowledgeable about our work environment and taking care about making sure that the office runs smoothly (supplies in stock, working with vendors, planning events etc).

Requirements:

- Basic familiarity with accounting software such as Xero

- 2-5 years prior experience in a similar administrative role

- You are detail orientated from ordering the correct type of staples to approving invoices, making sure every detail is right is crucial to your work.

Salary: $HK16-20,000.

3.    DIGITAL MARKETING AND ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE

Join as an early part of a fast-growing platform and develop your technical and data analysis skills.

The role:

- Learn and apply skills in all areas of Digital Marketing including Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram ads management and Wechat digital media.

- Learn how to expertly manage the Ecommerce Content Management System and learn how to use eCommerce tools to capture, present and interpret data.

- Develop and learn how to optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO), track all keyword phrases and trends in website traffic and report on organic website performance.

Requirements:

- Preference given to candidates with 1 -3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or search engine optimisation experience

- Graduate Degree in Marketing preferred

- You must be confident using Microsoft Excel

- Written and spoken Chinese language preferable

- You must have an interest in wellness, health and nutrition and motivated to be part of a hard- working team. 

Salary: $HK15-18,000.

4.    RETAIL STORE SALES ACCOCIATE (part-time)

Responsibilities of our Sales Associates include:

- Learn all about our health food business and help us with various functions in-store

- This role requires you make sure our best customers are happy so a positive personality is essential

- You must have an interest in learning all about health and nutrition.

Requirements:

- Passion for nutrition and fitness;

- Retail experience preferred not necessary - but a positive and outgoing personality is!

- Part-time with flexible shift hours, $75 - $95 per hour.
