Responsibilities:

• Support the management team to plan, coordinate and launch a new line of professional hair care business to expand our beauty services business portfolio
• Oversee the functions of sales and operations aiming to meet revenue targets
• Lead, train, develop and monitor performance of hair care consultants and specialists to ensure high level of customer service standard
• Recommend and drive business development plan such as product and service programs, pricing and promotion to acquire and retain customers
• Work closely with marketing, visual merchandising and other supporting teams to ensure smooth store operation
• Keep abreast of market trend and support competitors analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hair care /skin care industry with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
• Experience in the management of hair and scalp care products, programs and treatments to prevent hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth will be an added advantage
• Solid experience in managing professional care store operations and shop opening
• Strong communications and presentation skills; effective people management skills
• Sound business sense with excellent service-oriented mind-set
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Operations Manager
