Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Provide back office supports to HK retail shops in department stores
- Communicate with trade partners and/or counter manager to handle ordering and inventory.
- Communicate with internal dept. ex. Marketing
- Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations and provide general administration support to trade partners
- Prepare monthly Excel report ex. v lookup, pivot table
- Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager
Requirements: -
- High Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Min 2 years experience in retail administration and operation
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
