The Job :

• Handle incoming calls from Customer Service Hotline and email
• Deliver quality customer service including follow up and handle inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner
• Provide sales service for direct customers
• Provide account servicing support to the team
• Liaise with other departments to complete customer service satisfactorily
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information
• Maintain and update the audience and programme hotlines
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirement :

• DSE or above
• At least1 year relevant experience  
• Able to handle work under pressure, demonstrate good ability to provide stable and accurate service
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills ( MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing )
• Good customer service mindset
• Fast learner and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible
• Customer Service knowledge priority
