Responsibilities

Responsible for the day to day coordination, supervision, monitoring and documentation of building service installations and assisting Senior Building Service Manager and Project leaders in ensuring the successful implementation of project by working with sub-contractor in terms of delivery, time line, budget and quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Engineering related disciplines or other similar qualifications;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in commercial / retail / hospitality / offices fit out projects with multi-national corporate exposure;
• Reliable and able to work within tight deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill to work with different section of work partners
• Hands on, energetic and committed individual
• Using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the systems is preferred
• Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
