Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for the protection of tenant, staff, assets and other resources
• Developing and maintaining current / continuing and immediately foreseeable security / safety measures and strategy
• Function as an asset protection advisor to the Senior management and ensure that operates strictly within legal and ethical parameters
• Coordinate emergency situations such as evacuation / power break down / typhoon…. etc. and keep Senior Management informed whenever necessary, ensure that follow-up actions are carried out at the satisfactory standards
• Carry out HR&A practices such as interviewing and hiring of staff to fill vacant positions, undertaking employees' performance reviews, disciplinary actions and so on
• Prepare annual budget (Capex / Opex) and manpower plan to Senior Management when necessary
• Prepare reports, ensure that all information / reports required by Senior Management are submitted in a timely manner

Requirements: -

• Secondary educated with formal training in Security Management
• Solid working experience with at least 5 years or above in managerial level in property management, disciplinary forces or in security force of sizeable organizations
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit
• Experience in disciplinary force preferred
• Good connection with security services agents and companies
• Good knowledge of crime prevention and security systems
• To be in charge of the security function of the Company, assist Senior Management in setting up security measures, supervising and training security personnel
• To be responsible for intensive recruitment exercises for security personnel to support the business growth
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediately available is preferred
