Our client is a leading top tier education group with an exciting projects up-coming within their premises. They are looking for a Project Manager | Assistant Project Manager (In-House Facilities Development) to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project works, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the facilities are operated efficiently in accordance with the statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in all phases of design and construction for all the Group's premises
• Prepare design and development proposals, including scope of capital works, major repair & maintenance works, and addition, alteration & improvement project
• Provide professional project management from delivering design concept to project completion includes but not limited to coordination, progress updates and statutory requirements fulfilling 
• Manage and supervise various vendors and contractors and proactively handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes
• Responsible for site inspection and project co-ordination through the whole project cycle
• Maintaining set of on-site records for effective cost control and for annual capital and operational budgets purposes

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Architecture/ Building Construction Management/ Surveying or equivalent discipline   
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the architectural project management exposure
• Strong knowledge with Building Regulations and Code of Practice; well-versed with local government submissions and approval procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D and Powerpoint
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proactive, result-driven, responsible and ambitions with strong project management and communication skills
• Willing to regularly inspect various sites around Hong Kong
