Responsibilities

• Handle all post-contract quantity surveying duties
• Prepare interim payment measurement, value variation of works and final account settlement to clients
• Assess sub-contractors’ interim payment and variation of works
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting control
• Coordinate with clients and contractors’ QS

Requirements

• Degree / High Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in quantity survey is required
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidate with stone works experience is an advantage
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable
