• Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in interior fitting out projects.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible for tendering, cost estimate, all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, valuation of variations, settlement of final account.
• Project co-ordination, management of site works and progress monitoring.
• Handle all documentation, correspondences and meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Willing to work overtime if required.
