Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of project managers and collaborate with design teams to carry our project management function to ensure the implementation of projects in accordance with budget, timeline, technical and contractual requirements;
• Ensure the consistency in quality and compliance with Company standards in all project deliverables;
• Enforce Company project governance procedures and reporting structure, identify and report immediately to Company top management for any non-compliance during project execution;
• Monitor the billing of all projects and draw Company top management attention for any potential risk upcoming;
• Any other duties as requested by CEO

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Surveying or Project Management
• 10 years or above relevant experience in Architectural firms, Interior Design, Surveying or Project Management
• Experience in high-end residential or comprehensive development is an advantage
• A good team player with strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Good written English and Chinese and fluent spoken English, Putongua and Cantonese
• Occasional travel to Mainland China or other region as necessary
