Representative Responsibilities:

·        Trains customer, external technicians and internal personnel on the proper use of our products.

·        Repair of faulty equipment

·        Energizes and repairs systems and equipment at customer sites.

·        Provides customer support around the globe  

·        Performs effective End-user and Technician training.

·        Performs hardware and software upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similarly related degree

·        4-6 years of job-related experience

·        Entertainment lighting experience and/or rigging background a definite advantage

·        Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker

·        Good customer service skill and experience

·        Experience with mains voltage and 3 phase electricity
