Duties:

• Responsible for project coordination include design, construction, cost & quality control, time control, documentation and sourcing of material;
• Communicate with clients, coordination with subcontractors;
• Supervising site workers and controlling decoration and fitting-out works;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years related solid experience gained from Main Contractors or Interior Design Company;
• Self-motivated, integrity, reliable with problem solving skills, good communication skills, well organized, tactful, self-initiative;
• Ability to work under pressure independently to handle multi-tasks and tight deadlines, could closely work with the team;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese are a preferable and Mandarin is a privilege;
• Related work experience in retail shops and commercial business is advantage;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
