Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation
• Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP
• Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship, T&C
• Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments and client’s resident site staffs

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
• Good Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting
