• Belcher degree in Architecture/ Building Studies or

• Professional Diploma/ Associate Degree in relevant architectural/ building studies course with at least three years solid local work experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, AutoCAD Revit, or other 3D software;

• Self-discipline, self-motivation and able to work within a team
