Responsibilities:

• Prepare CAPEX, budget, tender document, final account, landlord submission and miscellaneous project documents
• Ensure all projects complete on time, within budget and with good qualities
• Coordinate all project parties, including landlord, designer, consultant, supplier, contractor and frontline operation team
• Conduct site supervision and prepare progress reports
• Handle new store, renovation, face-lifting for all outlets and residential projects
• Perform ad hoc assignments
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Building Services, Building Surveying or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, particularly in MID TO HIGH-END F&B, RETAIL and RESIDENTAL interior fitting-out projects
• Experience in F&B and residential fitting-out projects is a MUST
• Strong in design, cost and time control, project administration work and site supervision
• Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, good in communication and able to work under pressure and fast track programme
• Familiar with Hong Kong Building Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Proficiency and efficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese  is a MUST
