• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• For Building project, minimum 12 years’ QS experience in contractor or Q.S. consultant firms (preferably with Housing Department’s projects experience).
• For Maintenance project, minimum 10 years’ experience in ASD / Housing Authority / Hospital Authority term contract.
• Good computer skill and self- independence.
