Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Program for a large-scale infrastructure development project as the Environmental Team Leader
• Liaise with the Client, Government Departments, Independent Checker, Engineers, Contractors and Stakeholders regarding environmental issues
• Prepare project reports, manage and implement monitoring activities
• Assist in project related environmental submissions and/or studies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Science/Engineering related discipline, board knowledge in environmental and ecological subjects preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing Environmental Monitoring & Audit (EM&A)program in government infrastructure project is essential, on-site experience in a responsible position of a construction project is an definite advantage 
• Recognized professional membership in environmental discipline (HKIEIA or equivalent) preferred
• Valid driving license preferred
