Responsibilities and duties:

1. The Technical Manager will assume full responsibilities on the establishing and maintaining diversified functions encompassing planning and programming, identification and management of project risks, tendering technical support, PowerPoint presentation, preparation of proposal and method statements, central technical library, document management system, engineering support, quality control, system audit, project audit etc.
2. Offer full supports to other departments.
3. Reporting to the Director and the Managing Director.

Job Requirements:

1. The candidate should have received a tertiary education in relevant disciplines like building construction, civil or structural engineering, architecture, interior design and is professionally qualified.
2. Solid experience of planning and programming from reputable building main contractors is a definite advantage.
3. Should have a minimum total of 15 years of diversified planning, programming and building construction experience gained from reputable building main contractors or top tier interior fitting out contractors (at least 7 years from a building main contractor AND 5 solid years on fitting out works).
4. Planning, programming, PowerPoint presentation, preparation of proposals and method statements, and project management system are key duties and therefore the candidate is required to have absolute experience and ability to fulfill these responsibilities.
5. The position will be very hands-on and demand very high caliber on leadership, results delivery, independence, inter personal skills, engineering knowledge, presentation and communication, and professionalism.
6. Must be absolute conversant on using popular software like MS Projects, Primavera, Power Point, Photo Shop etc.
