Job responsibilities:

• Project management of office fit out projects
• Design document review, quantity surveying, bid/quotation preparation
• Communicate with client, contractors, suppliers, site supervisors, and designers
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications 
• Lead regular project meetings, record minutes and prepare action plans
• Generate project status reports and maintain accurate document control/version tracking
• Create and track project schedules (prepare gantt charts, critical path analyses)
• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project management related to design, architecture, or construction
• Experienced and comfortable working directly with sub-contractors in building trades
• Proficiency using Microsoft project to manage a complete project life-cycle
• Excellent communications ability in English & Cantonese
