The project manager will station in either China or Asia, to manage the residential/commercial property development projects.

Requirements:

- MSc in Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline

- Successful experience in managing property development projects in Hong Kong/China/Asia

- Versatile in co-ordinating with professional consultants and relevant government departments

- Can work under pressure and in an organized manner

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
