As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the studio’s user experience champion. You are responsible for the experience design of various product streams and you will work with the different teams and disciplines to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities

• Set clear experience goals and follow up with the design work needed for achieving them.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with product owners, game designers, artists and engineers to create world-class experiences.
• Work closely with members of various disciplines and teams to establish design standards and workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in Design, Multimedia; related disciplines; or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in the game or technology industry preferred.
• Expert understanding of interaction, journeys and prototyping.
• Strong time management, organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates creativity, passion and independence.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; Cantonese-speaker preferred.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as a UI/UX Designer.
