Job Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager, provide monthly report to GM over work progress;
• Totally accountable for all team programs from concept stage to product delivery;
• Fulfill clients’ demand by preparing and presenting new project design to clients, and following up new project launch;
• Prepare product drawing for costing analysis, define the best solution in the most cost-effective way;
• Effectively control project risk and take preventive and corrective actions.  Ensure on-time delivery of all new project introduction by building a master plan to monitor the progress milestone of programs and make sure ramp up smoothly;
• Coordinate with related resources owners(clients and various internal departments) to provide supports for project technology implementation;
• Build and maintain customer information database;
• Responsible for ensuring that client’s payment is on schedule;
• Manage the sales team with KPI;
• Other job duties assigned by GM.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above;
• 3-10 years of experience in packaging or printing industry(experience in developing or following up packaging project is highly preferred);
• 3-10 years of experience in project/program management in manufacturing industry in China, strong knowledge of operation, production process, quality control, manufacturing technologies and materials;
• Good project management skills and negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Advanced-level skills in 3D drawing software is a must, also good skills in MS Office software;
• Meticulous, highly responsible, can work under pressure, detail-minded, well-organized, flexible, energeticand proactive;
• An active and excellent communicator and a team player;
• At least 3 days/week station in Dongguan, China, occasional travel to US, with a valid driving license is a must.
