Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Production

• create output files for printing and production
• liaising with printers, production partners and suppliers related to projects
• ensure all phases of the production are planned and completed on time, within budget and with the highest quality standard
• maintains record files to track order volume and pricing
• prepare artwork for outsourcing with Adobe Illustrator
• Monitor and coordinate production issues, incoming rush requests and order inquiries
• regularly explore and test new production partners to build a reliable network of suppliers

Design

• assist the creative director for art projects, from concept to creation and execution
• help the studio with multi-purpose graphic design initiatives, including product development,
• printed material, maps and artworks preparation, company portfolio and presentations
• fine-tune artworks, prints concepts and designs for in house collection
• research up-coming design trend
• moodboards, research and concept development of in-house projects

Requirements

• University / College degree design-related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in production and design company or creative agency
• Working experience in interior design, graphic design and art production
• Excellent graphic design skills, creative and eye for detail
• Strong planning and organising skills and capability to provide creative ideas
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and presentation ability
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Maintains a high rate of speed and accuracy while working in a fast-paced team environment
• Creativity, integrity and passion are required. Sensitivity to Art and Interior design is a must
• Excellence in using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
