HKEX is looking for a bright, versatile, digitally-native person to help develop, oversee and manage content on HKEX’s digital platforms.

The Digital Communications team is responsible for the HKEX Group and Market websites, HKEX's social media channels, and event applications. We are seeking an individual who would like to be part of a fun and engaged team that looks after one of the most relevant and important financial communications platforms in Hong Kong. The successful applicant will enjoy thinking both strategically and tactically about how digital platforms can be best used from a technical, design and communications perspective, helping manage content and always seeking new and creative ways to improve stability, performance and SEO. A positive, can do attitude, a desire to build best in class capabilities, and a broad interest in how one of Hong Kong’s most iconic businesses engages with its broad stakeholder group will be critical.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute ideas on website and content enhancements
• Manage Sitecore, the CMS for the HKEX and HKEX Group websites
• Work with internal users, assist with training and website publishing
• Stay continually up-to-date about latest trends in website / content publishing
• Assist in managing the back-end system of HKEX's social media platforms including WeChat, Twitter, Linkedln, YouTube and other software that assists in deploying and tracking posts
• Actively involved in project management
• Periodically write, engaging and professional copy

Job Requirements:

• Experience with website CMS (Sitecore a plus)
• Experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS
• CRM/Salesforce and web development experience a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
• Tri-lingual advantageous, but excellent English essential
• Be reliable, dependable, and an excellent team player
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and lots of great ideas
