Responsibilities

• Create and execute on the vision of the brand, ensuring that the product is consistent with market trend, while maintain the brand identity and overall business strategy;
• Must have strong knowledge and understanding of the sportswear & causal lifestyle product and clients;
• Build strong relationships with the merchandising team to define seasonal framework and ensure that creative ideas and business goals are aligned;
• Possess strong knowledge of garment construction and conduct fit sessions to help solve all  problems that may occur during proto sample stage; responsible for final approval of sample fit to ensure production –ready market samples.

Requirements

• With at least 5 years relevant working experience and portfolio of designing for apparel, preferably in sportswear;
• Excellent fashion styling and color sense, printing and graphic design;
• Full  knowledge of raw materials washes and finished specific to the product;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication / presentation skills;
• Reliable, open-minded and able to work under schedule;
• Willing to work for different kind of design;
• Computer skill on illustrator and Photoshop by Mac computer; 
• Travel to China , South East Asia and Japan is required;
  
• Presentation for the design to clients is needed;
• Immediately available is an advantage.
